I visited R executive and was welcomed by Terrence. It’s a nice location and has convenient and useful amenities. However they seemed to be understaffed over the weekend so access to service and housekeeping was a struggle . Maybe a bit more staff would be good.

Excellent staff (Terrence) , clean rooms, great security! Definitely coming back again! Was a breath of fresh air from the normal overpriced hotels. Quite happy to recommend

I’m not a native ChiShona speaker. Having staff that can accommodate and help to keep my room clean is very helpful. Wifi was horrible too. Can they please fix this

Need to get more staff , especially English speakers. As is only Terrence can help but there were no cleaning ladies and I couldn’t get my towels and room refreshed
